US Chevy K-44 G7163 telephone truck with warth borer

The Chevrolet K-44 (G7163) equipped with an auger for the realization and maintenance of the telephone lines was used by the Signal Corps in combination with the K43 (G7173) (GAS50253) which was used for the installation and maintenance of the posts . Many of these materials were used, after the war for the reconstruction of Europe and in the civillian market.
